Weird Horse Physics
The models and animation for the horses in Red Dead Redemption are absolutely beautiful. Not since a young Venus Williams have we enjoyed so much rippling brown thigh muscle. Every once in a while, however, some weird shit happens with the physics of the horse. One time I was riding way too fast into town and I ended up lodged underneath a roof on an open deck. I hit Y to dismount and got propelled like 100 feet into the air to my death. When you combine the speed of a full gallop, the size of the model of the horse, and the narrow parameters of clipping, chaos is sure to ensue.

Matty took this screenshot of his horse humping a rock. God I wish I had that video... you know, for informational purposes...
Draw Glitches
All video games suffer from this, but Rockstar games especially. The problem is most apparent in cut scene animations. Things just disappear. In the example below, you see the world’s hardest abdominal exercise.
Peeing
While technically not a glitch. It is extremely distracting when you’re sauntering about, minding your own business, when a rough rider pulls over to handle his business. The first time I saw this, dude peeing was standing on top of the rock. Times are crude indeed.
Cloth Physics
Right from the very beginning of this game flags were snapping like rubber bands, tents seemed to pop up from some invisible source, and curtains flapped like the wings of hellbats. This is probably the most distracting glitch in the game because it is the most abundant. I know things need to be sacrificed for the sake of a release date, but damn.
